+ONE was founded by producer and television creative Nathan Johnson, whose career in unscripted television began with a fascination for people—their stories, their contradictions and the relatable human moments that reveal who they really are.
Johnson's television experience includes work on MTV's Emmy-winning MADE, where he served as a Field Casting Producer, identifying compelling people and helping translate real lives into stories audiences wanted to follow.
That instinct remains at the center of +ONE today: find what is genuine, discover the story, and develop television that gives audiences a reason to care.
